Making a Withdrawal

You can make withdrawals from your account by contacting us (by phone, fax or email) and asking us to:

Internet bank transfer

Almost as good as doing the internet banking yourself.  You can ask us to transfer funds from your Prometheus account to the bank account we have on file for you, these will be received into your bank account on the next working day.

Withdrawals requested by overnight fax and telephone and email messages will be responded to the next working day.
